First-graders took a step back in time at The Grove, immersing themselves in the daily life of pioneers inside an authentic 1850s log cabin.

Parents, students, and teachers are invited to participate in giving feedback on school climate and learning conditions in District 103 through the state-administered, Illinois 5Essentials Survey.

As part of its outreach projects for the school year, a group of Sprague second-graders spent time measuring out rice, ground potato, and other ingredients that create nutritious meal formulas to meet the needs of starving people.
