Sprague staff highlighted the Wildcat competencies, which are closely aligned with District 103’s Portrait of a Graduate, at a recent school board meeting. These competencies—Respectful, Open-minded, Always Safe, and Responsible (ROAR)—help promote a positive school culture as shown in this ROAR video. Staff use student-friendly language so children consistently learn, practice, and model these behaviors throughout the school day.
